In the vast, sprawling forest where the ground is choked with roots and carpeted in dense undergrowth, there is nowhere but up to go. Amongst the towering trunks, homes are fashioned in their branches. Ornamental and extravagant in their design, the homes want for nothing. Flight is the favored method of transportation for the residents of the Southern Dense Forest. However, for those who cannot fly, each treehouse is connected by a network of bridges and ropes. Elaborate mechanisms raise and lower platforms to access different levels of the canopy. The aerial highway leads to the heart of the hub: an awe-inspiring multilevel treehouse that spirals up the trunk of the grandest tree. The sprawling complex houses the generator within its halls. It stands as a monument of the achievements wrought by those who live, and have ever lived there. |
